Step-By-Step Process

Step 1: Determine Warm-Up Settings

  • Determine the daily cold email campaign volume for each account
  • Determine optimal warm-up message volume for the planned daily campaign volume
  • Decide on optimal reply/engagement rate
  • Decide on warm-up identifiers

Step 2: Configure Warm-Up Settings for Email Accounts

  • Log in to the sending tool
  • Select the email accounts to configure
  • Set the determined warm-up settings

Step 3: Enable Warm-Up

  • Activate warm-up
